By placing an order with REION you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before purchasing.

✦ Orders ✦

All items are on a PRE-ORDER basis unless stated otherwise. Orders are final and binding once payment is confirmed. Ensure all shipping details are correct before checkout— REION is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect information.

✦ Payment ✦

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via PayPal or other payment methods currently available in our shop.
REION reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

✦ Shipping ✦

All orders ship from the Philippines via PhilPost Registered Mail. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and 1–2 months for delivery. We currently do not ship to Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, and the Middle East. All US orders are declared at full value. REION is not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.

✦ Customs & Duties ✦

All applicable taxes, customs fees, and import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

✦ Refunds & Cancellations ✦

Refunds are accepted during the order period only. Cancellations are not accepted once the order period has closed. Refunds after shipment are only issued for missing items upon delivery.

✦ Damaged or Missing Items ✦

Contact us with a photo of your order and packing list within 7 days of delivery for missing item claims. REION is not liable for damages caused by postal handling or customs inspection.

✦ Lost or Returned Packages ✦

Partial refunds (item price only, excluding shipping) are offered for packages confirmed lost in transit. Returned packages may be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

✦ Intellectual Property ✦

All designs and artwork are the original work of REION. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
