We do not collect any additional personal data beyond what is necessary to process and ship your order.

Your personal information is stored securely within Odoo's platform. REION does not store payment information; all transactions are processed securely through PayPal. Please refer to Big Cartel's and PayPal's respective privacy policies for further details on how they handle your data.

Your personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.

Cookies & Analytics

REION does not use cookies, tracking tools, or analytics beyond what is inherently provided by the Odoo platform. Please refer to Odoo's privacy policy for details on platform-level data collection.

REION reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the shop following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES POLICY

Pre-Order Period

All items are strictly available for PRE-ORDER unless otherwise indicated. Orders containing items from different pre-order batches will be consolidated and shipped on the later scheduled date. All stated dates are estimates and may be subject to changes depending on production timelines.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from the Philippines via PhilPost Registered Mail. Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–2 months for delivery after shipment, depending on your location and local postal conditions.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, it is no longer under our direct handling. While we are unable to guarantee delivery timelines, we will make every effort to assist you in coordinating with postal services when necessary.

Restricted Shipping Zones

Due to PhilPost limitations, we are currently unable to ship to the following: Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, and the Middle East.

Customs & Duties

All applicable taxes, customs fees, and import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For inquiries regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office directly.
Refunds

Refund requests are accepted during the order period only. Once an order has been shipped, refunds will only be considered in the event of missing items upon delivery. Please monitor your tracking number regularly, as delivery may take 1–2 months from the date of shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

All orders are carefully packed in appropriate packaging, bubble mailers for small items, poly mailers for apparel, and mailer boxes for package sets to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Please be aware that postal offices may open packages for inspection. REION cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from courier handling or customs inspection. In the event of missing items, please contact us with a photo of your received order along with the included packing list. We will arrange a replacement or refund for any confirmed missing items.

Returned or Lost Packages

Packages returned to sender may be reshipped at the buyer's expense. You will be notified via your checkout email should your package be returned. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking number to prevent packages from being returned by the post office.

For packages confirmed lost in transit, we are able to offer a partial refund covering the item price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
